Find a sport, competition and event
Begin in the sportsbook area and use the navigation shown on the current site to choose a sport, competition and event. The event page should identify the teams or participants, start time and the markets available at that moment. The catalogue can change with the schedule and data feed, so a guide should help readers check the live page rather than promise that a particular fixture is always listed.
Check that you have opened the intended event. Two teams can meet more than once in a season, and similar competition names may appear in different regions. If a market is unavailable or an event is not listed, do not assume it will appear later. Use the current event page as the source of availability.

Read a market name and its conditions
An event can display several markets. A football fixture might have a result question and a goal question; a cricket fixture might have match and innings questions. The market name tells you what is being measured, but its period and conditions tell you when and how a selection is evaluated. Do not rely only on the team name or the shortest label visible in a list.
Look for the complete description and applicable rules before comparing prices. Check the match period, whether a tie or tie-breaker counts, and what happens if an event is interrupted. If those details are unavailable or unclear, do not infer a settlement outcome from a different market.

Review the bet slip before confirmation
Before confirming a selection, compare the bet slip with the event you intended to open. Check the event, market, chosen outcome, period, current odds and stake. If the interface shows a potential return, confirm whether the figure includes the stake and what conditions apply. An illustrated calculation in an article cannot replace the accepted terms of an actual selection.
A price may change before acceptance. If the interface asks you to accept a changed price, read the updated odds rather than assuming the earlier quote still applies. A selection visible in a slip is not proof that it was accepted. Look for a clear accepted status in the current interface and keep any available bet record.

What changes during a live event?
Live event information changes quickly. A goal, wicket, penalty, injury, weather interruption or official review can cause a market to pause or reprice. When it reopens, the earlier selection or price may differ. A delayed stream or external score display may not match the state used by the operator's market at the same moment.
Recheck the event and full market description after any pause. If a submission is still processing, use the interface's confirmed status rather than repeatedly placing a similar selection. This is a review principle, not an assertion about a particular Betroxy error message or processing time.
Where to check a result and the applicable rules
Different markets can settle from different parts of the event. A full-match result, a first-half result and a player statistic can have separate conditions even when they relate to one fixture. Weather, postponement, an abandoned match and corrected official statistics can further affect the final status.
Use any available bet record and the current market rules to review a completed selection. Record the event, market, outcome and any available transaction reference if you need to ask support about a result. Do not interpret “pending” or “void” without reading the relevant rule, and do not infer a Betroxy response time from this guide.
