AML and KYC at Betroxy: Verification and Account Reviews

Learn when Betroxy may request identity, payment or source-of-funds information and read the current AML/KYC Policy.

Why account checks may happen

Betroxy may ask customers to confirm their identity, account ownership, payment ownership or source of funds when needed for security and compliance. Checks may be requested during or after registration, before certain withdrawals, after material account changes or when unusual activity requires review.

What information may be requested

Depending on the circumstances, Betroxy may ask for a valid identity document, proof of address, payment-method ownership information, transaction details or source-of-funds records. Submitted identity documents must be genuine, valid and readable.

Payments and account review

Deposits should normally come from a method in the customer's own name. Betroxy may approve a deposit from another person's method only where the customer is authorised to use it, subject to verification. Approval of that deposit does not approve a withdrawal destination. Withdrawals normally return to the original payment method; Betroxy may permit another method at its discretion and after additional security checks. An account function or transaction may be temporarily restricted while a required review is completed.

Protect your credentials

Betroxy will never legitimately ask for a banking password, payment-card PIN, active one-time password, cryptocurrency seed phrase, private key or wallet password for KYC.
