UPI options in the Betroxy cashier
The cashier offers a few ways to pay by UPI. All of them end with you approving the payment in your UPI app:
- UPI Intent: best on mobile. Tapping it opens your UPI app on the same phone with the amount already filled in.
- UPI QR: best on a laptop or desktop. Scan the QR code on screen with your phone's UPI app.
- UPI Collect: type your UPI ID (for example, yourname@bank) and Betroxy sends a payment request to your app for you to approve.
- Manual UPI QR: a back-up if the standard options aren't working. Scan the QR shown for your request, pay the exact amount and confirm in the cashier.
The cashier always shows the options currently available to your account.
How to deposit with UPI at Betroxy: step by step
- Log in to your Betroxy account (you must be 18 or older).
- Tap "Deposit" to open the cashier.
- Choose a UPI option: UPI Intent on mobile, UPI QR on desktop, or UPI Collect if you prefer to enter your UPI ID.
- Enter the amount in rupees. The minimum is ₹500.
- Decide on the welcome bonus. If this is your first deposit, ₹500 or more qualifies for the 100% welcome bonus up to ₹1,000. Read the terms first (see below).
- Complete the payment in your UPI app.
- UPI Intent: your app opens with the payment ready. Check the amount.
- UPI QR: open any UPI app, scan the code and check the amount.
- UPI Collect: open your UPI app and approve the pending request.
- Enter your UPI PIN to approve. Only ever type your PIN inside your own UPI app.
- Go back to Betroxy. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed, typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Tip: QR codes and collect requests can expire. Pay straight away, and if a request has timed out, start a fresh deposit instead of paying the old one.
Depositing with IMPS
IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) is an instant bank transfer from your net banking or mobile banking app, useful if you've hit your bank's daily UPI limit.
Choose IMPS in the cashier, enter at least ₹500 and follow the on-screen steps. If you use Manual IMPS, the cashier shows the bank details for your specific request. Transfer exactly the amount shown, then confirm the payment in the cashier, adding the UTR or reference number if asked. Manual methods can take longer to credit than instant UPI.
Depositing with crypto
If you hold cryptocurrency, choose crypto in the cashier, enter the amount and follow the PayzEasy payment page. Always send the exact amount on the network shown. Crypto sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
Using the welcome bonus with your first UPI deposit
Your first deposit of ₹500 or more can get a 100% welcome bonus up to ₹1,000, and wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount.
Example: deposit ₹1,000 and you receive a ₹1,000 bonus. Wagering requirements apply before it can be converted to your main balance. Deposit ₹3,000 and the bonus is still capped at ₹1,000.

UPI deposit not showing? What to do
- Wait a few minutes and refresh. Confirmations from banks are occasionally delayed.
- Check your UPI app. If the payment shows as failed or pending, your bank normally reverses any debit automatically.
- Don't pay twice for the same deposit request.
- Contact support through the Help Center with your UTR number, amount, time and a screenshot of the payment. Here's how to raise a payment query.
Common causes: a wrong PIN, an expired QR or request, your bank's daily limit, or a UPI account not in your name.
Stay safe when paying by UPI
- Deposit only through the Betroxy cashier. Never pay a UPI ID, QR code or bank account sent to you on WhatsApp, Telegram, social media or by an "agent".
- Betroxy will never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP. Anyone who does is a scammer.
